Yeah, Ellie Goulding it is. After releasing the song Hanging On, that still gives me goosebumps (but a minute or so of raps by Tinie Tempah ruins it -_-), she posted a pic which is being the cover of her upcoming album, Halcyon. Pronounce it right, HAL-CEE-ON.
